Job Description
- Determine current vendor needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Develop and refine a hiring process to ensure we are receiving quality candidates
- Evaluate talents using industry-specific knowledge
- Create and implement marketing strategies for potential talents
- Perform sourcing to fill future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening tests, etc.)
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Create vendor retention and development
- Organize and/or attend vendor webinars
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface well with senior management
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
A leader and strategic thinker
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
- Native or fluent knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of Turkish, Spanish, Arabic, German would be an advantage
