Job Description

  • Determine current vendor needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Develop and refine a hiring process to ensure we are receiving quality candidates
  • Evaluate talents using industry-specific knowledge
  • Create and implement marketing strategies for potential talents
  • Perform sourcing to fill future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening tests, etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Create vendor retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend vendor webinars
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Requirements

  • Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface well with senior management
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized A leader and strategic thinker
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
  • Native or fluent knowledge of English;
  • Knowledge of Turkish, Spanish, Arabic, German would be an advantage
