The MotaWord API (Application Programming Interface) gives you access to include all the translation functionality of MotaWord into your programs or platforms. With our translation API and its helper tools, you can achieve almost everything that you do on motaword.com:
Everything is actually based on our translation API. You can follow our documentation and talk to our translation API by writing code. We want to make it as easy as possible for you, so we provided client SDKs for 8 languages, authorization tools, sandbox, Drupal and WordPress plugins.
MotaWord’s Translation API is fully documented and the API documentation can be accessed using this link.
To learn more about how to get started with an API application, please carefully . For all your questions regarding our API send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
That is the easy part. Just register as a developer and create your first application to interact with our translation API. Applications are like users, they give you a client ID and client secret key, so that you can be authorized to access the API. Want to use a Drupal plugin? Just say it is a Drupal application while registering your new application.
Authorization Tool: With the authorization tool, you can retrieve a temporary access token to experiment with our API. Just choose your application and submit. You will also be provided a custom documentation link, preconfigured with your access token, to let you experiment with the API easily.
API Explorer: Our API Explorer is an easy to use Swagger-based API documentation and browser. It lets you browse our API endpoints, make live requests, and see their responses. We know there are developers out there like us who like exploring APIs through Swagger! :)
It's your gateway to access MotaWord's translation platform programmatically.
