Yes. Glossary terms are enforced across all translation types. Machine translations respect your glossary, and professional translators see glossary terms highlighted during review.
Active detects content changes automatically. Changed strings are re-translated using the same quality layers. If the change is minor, TM may provide a close match. If it's significant, MT generates a fresh translation, and you can send it for professional review if needed.
